AIVerse Nepal ("AIVerse") is an AI workspace operated at aiversenepal.com. This policy explains what we collect through our website and access requests, and what we access from accounts you connect to AIVerse Nepal — including Google accounts. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you request access or contact us, we collect the details you enter into the form: your name, email address, phone number, and an optional message. We do not collect anything else, and we do not track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one reason: to reach you about AIVerse. That means setting up your access, answering a question you sent us, or following up about using the product for your business. We do not send unrelated marketing.
Connecting a Google account
Connecting Google Workspace to AIVerse Nepal is optional. If you choose to connect one, we request only the scopes needed for the features you enable: Gmail, so an Expert or agent can read, search, summarise and draft the emails you point it at; Google Drive and Sheets, so it can open the files you select and build reports from them; and Google Calendar, so it can read your availability and create events you ask for. We never request access you have not enabled a feature for.
How we handle Google user data
Google user data is used only to deliver the feature you requested, in response to your own action. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers or data brokers, and never used to train AIVerse or any third-party AI model. We store the minimum needed to run the feature (such as an access token and any file or message you explicitly asked us to work with), encrypted in transit and at rest. You can disconnect at any time from your workspace settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; when you disconnect, we delete the stored tokens and any cached Google content within 30 days.
Limited Use
AIVerse Nepal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your data
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. We share it only with the service providers we use to store access requests and send email, and only so we can contact you.
How long we keep it
We keep the details from your access request until you have created an account, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Accessing or deleting your data
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us at any time. Email privacy@aiversenepal.com and we will action your request, including deleting any data we hold from a connected Google account.
