AIVerse Nepal can connect to your Google account so the assistant can send email for you and work with your files and calendar. This page sums up what we ask for, why, and what we never do. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.
Connecting is optional
You can use AIVerse Nepal without connecting anything. You turn on each service yourself, and we ask for access only when you turn on a feature that needs it.
What we ask Google for, and why
Sign in with Google (openid, email, profile): your name, email address and profile picture, to sign you in.
Gmail, send (gmail.send): to send a plain-text email from your account when you ask, or when an automation you set up runs. AIVerse cannot read your email.
Google Drive (drive.file): to import the files you choose in Google Picker into Knowledge. AIVerse can open only the files you pick, and does not change or delete them.
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, with drive.file): to create files, read the ones you ask about, and add text, rows or slides. AIVerse finds by name only files it created or that you picked in Google Picker, and opens another file only when you give it the link.
Google Calendar (calendar.events): to list your upcoming events and create the ones you ask for. AIVerse does not edit or delete existing events.
What we never do
We never sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it for advertising. AIVerse has no feature that trains or fine-tunes AI models on your data. To answer you, the content the assistant reads is processed by the AI provider your workspace uses (as described in our Privacy Policy). We access a connected account only when you use a feature that needs it, or when an automation you set up runs.
What we store, and for how long
We store a token and the account’s email address for each connected service until you disconnect it. Google content the assistant uses is saved with the chat until you delete the chat. Imported Drive files stay in Knowledge until you remove them. Our technical logs and diagnostic tools can also contain some of this data. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Disconnecting
Disconnect any service on the Integrations page and its token is deleted straight away. To be sure AIVerse Nepal is also removed from your Google Account, remove it at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you remove access only at Google, the token stops working but stays in AIVerse until you disconnect there. Disconnecting does not delete chats or imported files; delete those in the app.
Limited Use
AIVerse Nepal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
