AIVerse Nepal can connect to the accounts and tools you already use, so your Experts and agents can work with your real email, files and calendar instead of copy-paste. This page sets out exactly what we ask for, why we ask for it, and what we will never do with it.
Connecting an account is always optional
You can use AIVerse Nepal without connecting anything. Integrations are switched on one at a time, by you, and we request access only at the moment you enable the feature that needs it — never up front, and never for a feature you have not turned on.
What we request from Google, and why
Gmail — so an Expert or agent can read, search, summarise and draft the emails you point it at.
Google Drive and Sheets — so it can open the files you select and build reports or answers from them.
Google Calendar — so it can check your availability and create the events you ask for.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers or data brokers. We never use it to train AIVerse models or any third-party AI model. And we never read your account in the background — data is accessed in response to something you asked for.
What we store, and for how long
We store the minimum needed to run the feature: an access token for the connected account, and any file or message you explicitly asked us to work with. Both are encrypted in transit and at rest. Disconnect at any time from your workspace settings or from your Google Account permissions page, and we delete the stored tokens and any cached content within 30 days.
Limited Use
AIVerse Nepal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
